Research
I’ll ask you to complete a short but thorough questionnaire designed to give me a clear understanding of your business and how it operates. This step is essential—it helps me see the bigger picture, from your goals and target audience to your current processes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
The questionnaire is intentionally concise, but it covers all the key areas I need to tailor my approach specifically to you. You’ll be asked about things like your services or products, brand voice, ideal clients, existing systems, and any pain points you’re currently experiencing.
Discovery Call
If it looks like we’re a good fit for each other, the next step is to schedule a call where we can dive deeper into your specific needs. This conversation gives us the opportunity to expand on your questionnaire responses, clarify your goals, and talk through any details that will help shape the direction of the project.
During the call, I’ll ask a few targeted questions to fill in any gaps and make sure I have a complete understanding of your business, priorities, and expectations. It’s also a great time for you to ask questions, share ideas, and make sure you feel confident moving forward.
Onboarding
Once everything is confirmed, I’ll promptly send over your agreement along with a detailed onboarding package so we can get started right away. This onboarding process is designed to be smooth, organized, and fully supportive, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as we begin working together.
We’ll also establish your workflows and communication preferences—how often you’d like reports, what level of detail you prefer, and how you want to stay in touch. If you’re transitioning from another bookkeeper or system, I’ll handle that process carefully to ensure continuity and accuracy.
Throughout onboarding, my goal is to make things as easy and stress-free as possible for you. By the time we’re finished, everything will be organized, accessible, and set up for consistent, reliable financial tracking—so you can focus on running your business with confidence.
Monthly bookkeeping including reconciliations, categorizing transactions, and general reports, range from $400.00 - $2,500.00 depending on the volume and complexity of transactions.
